Bar Floating in center of page

ISSUE: The toolbar is floating in the center of the page and you need to get it back to the left side.

The issue is with some themes not updating the location to the new defaults of 500 to the left and 50 from the top. All you need to do is put in these 2 numbers in place of your old locations and tweak the location from there.
