Why this Error showing when I am uploading wordpress?

Hello,
When I am uploading “wp-ilcludes” then it is uploading continue I see, but while the processing is running then this error messages is showing:
[11/26/2012 9:52:13 PM] 503 ASCII resume is unsafe, please delete the file first
ERROR:> [11/26/2012 9:34:53 PM] Bad sequence of commands.

And it is showing several times and at the same time uploading is continue. All the other files are uploading fine without any error messages.
What’s the mean. Ant why this error messages is showing? Can anyone tell me the reason?

Myself I fount a reason class-snoopy.p…..and class-wp-admin is not uploading. It is showing being uploaded 17% and 48% and then still stand.
Is it hosting problem? Or any other problem?
