Blog page only showing last post instead of all posts

For some reason my blog page is only showing my last post instead off all the posts in the feed. Any ideas of why this is happening? I have reset the main-index.php to what is was before I started creating the theme hoping it would change back but nothing happens. I have cleared the catch and still nothing. My blog page
