Database Connection Error problem

    Hi there, I have the Database Connection Error problem with my website and I’ve looked online and most people that get this issue get it after moving host or they get it all the time. I only get this issue when they are a lot of people online and I’ve tried multiple things and nothing worked, does anyone have an idea what I could do? I’ve contacted my host but they’re a fansite host so they’re useless.
