How do I Open wp-admin/install.php in your browser?

    Complete newbie. I have managed to upload the WordPress files and folders into a sub-directory not to mess up my existing site until the new one is built but can’t figure out how to open the install.php into my browser. When i click on it, it automatically launches dreamweaver with this message: WordPress requires that your web server is running PHP
