Custom menu not working

Hi all,

I hope you can help me setting up custom menus on the Grisaille theme.

The theme showcase shows that custom menus are possible with Grisaille, but when I click to the Appearance menu (both on the web version and Apple app) I do not have a menu option. In fact I don’t have a menu at all, just a ‘manage themes’ page which gives me these options: customisable / custom design / theme options / widgets

In none of these options can I find anything anything about setting up menus, but the theme showcase shows a site using Grisaille and with menus.

Can anyone help? I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, but I expect theres an easy answer. Having googled around the question I’ve checked my admin settings and there’s only one user on my site, who is the admin, so don’t think it’s a case of missing permissions. I don’t think I’m using any plug ins, and I’ve checked repeatedly on every option, gone through every item on the site dashboard and tried all of this both on the web version and apple app and can’t work it out.

Any answers would be appreciated!
