    Hi,

Thank you for your plug-in and support.

Like others I have upgraded to 2.8.4 and tracking has stopped, and no javascipt detected. I currently use 3.4.2 on bluehost via cloudflare.
Uninstall/Reinstall, turn off cdn, turn off cloudflare, still no tracking data logged, so deactivated for the moment.

    Just thought you should know.

Also can you look at your settings and remove the word ARRAY from any field in which it appears? Does that fix the problem?

    Hi Camu,

Thank you for your reply and I’m looking forward to the fix, thank you.

Whilst we are waiting for your superior tech skills to fix the bug that we are unable to fix by ourselves…

I’m not sure how the behind the scenes developer updates works in WordPress, but is there not a way of replacing the current auto update version with the small glitch, to the previous version? This would allow all users to override the problem version using the wp dashboard auto update function? Whilst it is probably not as simple a task as I have suggested, that would overcome the current issues by rolling back the version, even if you have to give it a new forward release version number.

    Just a thought.

WordPress doesn’t have a built in rollback functionality, but you can always download the previous version from the repository and overwrite the files on your server. The database hasn’t changed (aside from a few new unique keys) on a while now, so 2.8.3 will run just fine.

    Cheers

    Hi Camu,

Plugin functions as before, thank you for your hard work.

You wouldn’t have to rollback in wordpress, just upload with a new (old) version number which would overwrite the previous version stored. This would fool the system into thinking a new version exsists and provide the auto upgrade function in the control panel.

Any plans to be able to extract reporting from each of the data fields at the touch of a button in csv or pdf? this functionality would be be very useful.

    Thanks again

    Alan

Yes, I see what you mean. But since the bug was only affecting a few users, why annoy everybody else with something like that? ?? Exports are on my todo list, but it will take a while.

    Cheers
    Camu
