NextGen gallery not loading in Tweaker 3 Chrome Safari

I am having trouble with getting to the NextGen Gallery to load in Tweaker3 when using Chrome and Safari browsers. It is working fine in IE. Please let me know what changes I need to make in the code to allow for browser compatibility.
