Can't access admin dashboard

  • Just upgraded to WordPress 3.4.2. Foolishly didn’t back up database 1st… Now my site, https://best-business-intelligence-software.com/ is all messed up with the Mantra theme.

    More importantly, I can’t access the admin dashboard anymore. I log-in but then it just re-directs me to the home page. Any admin panel links I try to click in the top bar lead me right back to the home page.

    Please advise… anything I can do?
