No more autlinking

For some reason every time I check a box for autolinks to be done on “posts” and then click “Update”, the page says “changes have been made” but the box hgets unchecked. In other words, I am unable to make DL Juggernaut work for any area of my website.

Is anyone else having this same problem? Any help appreciated.
