• Hi Zack,
I have two forms on different pages linking to the same Constant Contact list. The forms are identical except one doesn’t have a comment field. The one with the comment field works fine, but the one without is returning an error:

    Oops! Something went wrong.
The link you clicked on appears to be broken. To fix this problem, try one of these:
If you want to unsubscribe or update your profile
If the SafeUnsubscribe or Update Profile link in your email looks like this one, copy all lines and paste into your browser.

    kb3h2Mcw2FO_VjaL-anfzkswzg4B%3D%3D&p=oo
Or forward the email to [email protected] with the subject line “Unsubscribe” or “Update Profile”.
If you’re signing up for a list
Looks like there was a problem with the link. Please contact the organization whose list you want to join.

Is there a reason the second feed isn’t working? Have I missed something?

    Thanks,
    .s

Please send an export of both forms (Forms > Import/Export > Export Form) to [email protected]

I sent it on over yesterday—just wanted to make sure you received it. Thanks!

Any chance I can get some help on this? I’ve looked over everything and the two forms are nearly identical—I can’t see ANY reason why the second form returns an error. I’m hoping to be able to solve this and not have to start over with a different plugin. Please let me know if I need to send that export over again. Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks~
