Custom Field Image Options

Hi, I’m using the custom field images to display a custom post type gallery on the frontpage I would like to add image titles to the images but when I click the image in the custom field it opens in thickbox with no options for title or description.

Is there a way to enable title and descriptions to custom field images, which can be parsed?
