Whitelabel Plugin – Problem with Saving

  • I’m having problems with the White Label Plugin. I’m trying to make changes to the settings I’ve made but when I click on the ‘Save changes’ button it flicks me out to the website with a page saying ‘No Results Found’. It doesn’t save the changes I’ve made either.

    I’ve tried this on Safari and Chrome and the same thing happens.

    Can you please help me resolve this?

    Hi,

    That sounds very strange. I would try disabling all the plugins expect WLCMS and see if it still happens.

    I’ve tried disabling all plugins except the White Label CMS and WooCommerce which I cannot disable because I’d have to start again.

    It still goes to a 404 page error whenever I try to edit the settings. Can you please help me to resolve this?
