Changing e-mail adress

When I’ve installed wordpress I used fake e-mail adress for site (that one in settings-general). Now I finished my website and I want change it but I can’t. When I edit it in Settings it says:

This address is used for admin purposes. If you change this we will send you an e-mail at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.

I don’t have any confirming e-mail on my adress, however it can be because of having no SMTP. I have to change this because my wordpress theme shows contact link mailto with old e-mail adress.

Please help me, how can I change e-mail adress?
