Having problems saving to draft and uploading photos

I am getting a internal server error when I try to save a post to draft. I am also getting a http error when I try to upload a photo. It will go to 100% then instead of crunching the photo it gives me a http error in red above the uploader. This is not a constant problem but happens off and on. Go daddy said it is not one their side. Any suggestions?
