General Options>Reading doesn't work!

Hey there,

I have downloaded something-fishy theme so far.

I want to show only a post in the homepage but i couldn’t change it from General Options>Reading. It doesn’t work. Although I choose 1 post per page, there are still more posts.

How can I fix this?
