I really like this plugin and the way it works! However, I only need my slides to be text-based. I’m using an image in the background for each category of slides with css. Is there a way to get rid of the

after the slides? I’m assuming that’s where the image would go? I have it hidden right now with css, but just thought there might be a better way.

    Thanks!

    Hi jmtmay,

Thanks for the question; it’s good one.

There’s currently not an easy way to get rid of extra, or unused, markup using the shortcode, but you could technically hack the plugin’s output to remove it.

We’ll discuss this and see how we’d like to address it.

In the meantime, your CSS fix is the easier, softer way. And, it’ll survive an upgrade. ??

Personally, I’d recommend not hacking the plugin so you don’t lose changes on upgrade. After we discuss it here, we’ll report back; could be a simple change that we can add to the next version.

    Cheers,
    Eric
