2.0 – Browse All Images malfunction

This question was posted by another user in the wrong forum so I am reposting here:

When I click “Browse All” in the image upload panel, I have no access to the options (choosing Original Image, Send to Editor, etc.). This problem is only on the 1st page of images; when I click Next, I do have access to the functions of those and subsequent images.

The functions do work when I click “Browse” alone for a single image, immediately after upload, but when I return to a new Write Post page and try to select one of the 5 most recent image uploads, I have no options.
