Cufon broken in Windows XP IE8

I already posted this on your website, but I thought I would post it for all the WordPress peeps out there:
I found a bug in the plugin that I thought I would point out to you. Your modernizr.custom.28468.js is using a version of html5shiv that breaks Cufon Replace on Windows XP IE8 and I think IE7 as well. It will show doubles of any text using Cufon. It was an easy fix. You just replace modernizr.custom.28468.js with updated version at the link below and the issue is resolved.
