No settings?

Hi,
I see only 3 widgets in the widget are with the text “Appears in the sliding panel in the middle” etc., but no possibility to add anything to it – and I see nowhere any plugin’s settings.
WP 3.4.2 network installation, but plugin is only active on 1 blog.
