404 or 403 Errors on All Plugin's

    Hello everyone. I’m having a problem with my wordpress / hosting which I’m trying to figure out. I recently upgraded my hosting and moved from regular shared hosting to a VPS instead. I got the site installed and everything and it works fine but now I’m having these problems.

    1.) Plugin’s were installed on the previous hosting and I moved the database over and all the files on the server. So the wordpress install says the plugin’s are installed but when I go to use them I either get a 404 error or a 403 error. It’s different for each of the plugin’s I try using.

    2.) I’m unable to add new plugin’s When I type a search word in where you add new plugin’s it goes back to my site and gives me a 404.

    3.) When I try to activate some of the plugin’s it gives me a 403 Forbidden.

    Any clues what would fix the problem.
