Page Attributes widget shows no hierarchy in Superior Page

For some time I have watched it in the Page Attributes widget displays the hierarchy or not load the option of selecting top page when a new page is added or when editing. It only shows the option to select the template and order. In the database I have more than 38,000 pages. I have searched many forums and have not found a solution. Companions if you had this problem or know how to fix it I would really appreciate your contributions.

Another odd thing in the WPtouch plugin settings shows me the following when selecting WPtouch Main Page “pages have not yet. Believe some first.” although as I said earlier there are over 38,000 pages.
