Linking the Twitter Icon to my Twitter page

I’m using a plugin called Acurax Social Media Widget. I’ve added Facebook and Google Plus icons, but I don’t know how to get the Twitter Username: I know my ID number and my username to login in to Twitter, but I don’t know the Twitter Username to link the Twitter Icon to my Twitter page.
