There’s nothing we can do here to help you restore your commercial theme. You need to upload a fresh copy to wp-content/themes.

How did you upload the theme in the first place?

I just clicked activate and purchased it.

Since the disaster -I’ve changed the theme & when go back to the original, it is still got a white blank header and footer.

You must have download the theme from the vendor and then uploaded it to your site. You can only directly install free themes hosted on www.remarpro.com – not commercial themes by 3rd party vendors.

Yes, I downloaded it and uploaded it. Sorry it was a while ago and I forget the exact details.

Perhaps you need to review Using_Themes?

I went through ‘Using themes’ before … still nada ..

Try looking again – especially the part about adding new themes.

I think when I downloaded it I was on another computer so I will try that.
