    When I create a myPHPAdmin export of our WordPress database, I get a file called “db13651_bca.sql” and it is 71MB. When I inspect the WPB2D database backup in my Dropbox the file is called “db136951_bca-backup-core.sql” and it is 11MB. Why is there this large discrepancy? And what is the difference between these two sql database backups?

    I’m curious about the two sql databases as well, since the FAQ makes reference to their only being one.

    My /backup folder also has 2 database files. One is the “core” backup and the other is the “plugins” backup. My initial guess is that one file has the core wordpress content and the other file has database files related to plugins. If so, this is pretty cool. Especially if you want to rebuild your site clean without any plugin data.

    @deeznotes – You are 100% correct! ??

    @cwulff – Thanks for the heads up on the FAQ. I will update it ASAP.

    That’s misleading. Much plugin data is in the core tables, like the options/posts tables right?
