How Do I Change the URL

My website https://www.iphonelox.com/ has a blog which is a page and not a sub directory. The URL for my blog page is https://www.iphonelox.com/category/iphonelox/

I wanted to have the blog page URL as https://www.iphonelox.com/blog/ and the pages on the blog as https://www.iphonelox.com/category/post-URL/

How can I do this?
