Personalised price for item/shipping

  • I ship literally all over the world, every order is different because of its size, weight, destination, air or sea travel, etc etc. So currently I don’t charge shipping at all, and just email customers afterwards with a worked out price for shipping which they then have to paypal me.

    I’d love a facility whereby I could create an ‘order’ for my customer with a ‘shipping product’, and email him a link to it. Nobody else should be able to purchase it, its a ‘personalised’ item, just for his shipping requirements.

  • May not be the best solution and it certainly wouldn’t be automated unless you wrote some code. But how about creating a ‘private’ product and emailing the customer the URL and password?
