Disable PopOver on mobile devices?

Hi all,

Love the popover plugin! However, when the popover shows up on mobile devices it extends beyond the viewable screen and is impossible to close (neither the X nor “never show this message again” are accessible).

So on mobile devices the popover hangs there in front of all text and makes it impossible for visitors to continue with their browsing. I would like to either:

1) Hear whether there’s a way to make the popover closable on Mobile devices
2) Make popover appear only on non-mobile devices?

Is there any straightforward way to do this?
