Booking acceptance

The booking process is automatically accepted when the time si not already booked by another client.
Better should be to :
1) send a notification to the staff
2) set the appointment request to “request” status
3) the staff accept or decline the invitation with a comment
4) the notification is sent to the clientThis because can be that the time is already booked from another communication channel or the staff don’t want to have reservations.
