Error: Maximum upload file size: 31KB.

    I’m trying to upload a 111 kb file, so this has nothing to do with the 1 or 2mb limit and I’ve uploaded much larger files to this site before. I’m also NOT running out of web space.

    Any clue why I would get this error?
