Coppermine Integration Blues – It’s Killing Me

    I have concluded that I am an absolute moron. I have WP2.0, Coppermine 1.4.3, and Coppermine Integration 3.9. Everything seems to work–okay I suppose–but I don’t know how others are getting the embedded galleries in the WordPress blog.

    To be clear, yes I can Write a post and add pictures(using the options tab) or upload to my albums. But all those pictures link directly to Coppermine and no WP wrapper. Stilgar’s demo site has a gallery section that does exactly what I want, but I have no friggin idea what I lack, or don’t understand. I just thought the plugin would allow me to have those pretty photos with “next” and “previous” buttons and the slidshow button and the previews and you get the idea. All within the WP framework.

    So, if anyone knows where I am coming from, and what I am talking about, I would love to know how stupid I really am. (Sorry for the tone, but I have been at this for days now) Probably some theme I didn’t install or my half a brain cell is finally giving out. Thanks in advance.

    PS- Jillij, I love Photon, but I need to explore Coppermine just a bit to see what it has to offer ??

    I know where you are coming from. I must be a masochist also, I have a pretty well sorted G2 integration and yet I will not rest untill I can achieve a similar result with Coppermine. One thing I like about the Coppermine thing is that it gives you the option of Image or thumb, unlike G2.
