suffusion sidebar in header line 21 unexpected '

  • Hi all,

    Out of the blue i am having this error message on my site..

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in ….wp-content\themes\suffusion\sidebar-in-header.php on line 21

    I didn’t update WordPress or Suffusion, it came out of the blue.
    When i google for the issue you will find 1000 more sites with the same problem, but no solution.

    Some-one able to help? Sayontan, can you help? It looks like it is related to Suffusion. Sidebar-in-header looks like this now:

    [Strange b.t.w. because inside the file you are speaking about displays the widget-area-above-footer, while the name of the file is Sidebar-in-header]
