    There are several ways to reach ICEPAY support:

      [email protected] with your question or problems. Please provide all the information you have about the issues including the version of your software, error messages and screenshots.

    PHONE

      If you need immediate help, you can call customer care at +31 20 700 99 90 (Dutch & English support only). Make sure you have all the information about the issue including the version of your software, error messages.

    SUBMIT TICKET

      If you are an existing ICEPAY customer you can submit a ticket from your ICEPAY account page. Login to your ICEPAY account and click the support button. From there you can create a support ticket. Please provide all the information you have about the issues including the version of your software, error messages and screenshots.

  • Client installed ICEPay plugin and now can’t access the admin area. Can’t edit pages uninstall plugins. Running current version of WP.
    Anyone know how to fix?

    Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems. Can you uninstall/delete plugins from your server using FTP (wp-content/plugins) to discover which plugin is causing the problem?

    If you are an existing ICEPAY customer please submit a ticket from your ICEPAY account page. Login to your ICEPAY account and click the support button on the top right menu. From there you can create a support ticket. Please provide all the information you have about the issue including the version of your software, error messages and screenshots.
