There was a problem while notifying Bing

  • Trying to figure out why I can’t Ping Bing?
    If I click on the link View Result and click the link in that page it connects and submits the sitemap.

    On the ping test page it says;
    Notice: WP HTTP API Web Request failed: Failed to connect to 63.80.4.11: Permission denied in /home/www/mysite/wp-content/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/sitemap-core.php on line 1925
