Jetpack Carousel

So with cleaner gallery activated the jetpack carousel does not work.
I was hoping maybe you could look into this. I tried deactivating cleaner gallery and the carousel worked but the gallery looked bad on my post.
I need both of these things to work, it would be great if we could make them get along.
