White Label CMS Hiding Essential Plugins

    Hi,

    How individual plugins choose which level of admin is needed to view them is beyond the scope of this plugin. As you can imagine then are 100,000 of plugins, and we can put a blanket show to editors on everything.

    I am not asking for help with EVERY plugin “choosing” an admin level, clearly that’s not possible and completely not what I was asking.

    What I would like to know is IN THE LEFTHAND MENU AREA, is it possible to show the Plugins section. I need that SECTION to not be hidden by the White Label plugin.

    To be very clear: I can hide or reveal most anything using White Label. Why am I not able to reveal the Plugin section in the lefthand admin bar to the Editor?

    Probably because if the user has the ability to install and remove plugins you might as well make them an admin?

    If you need access to the plugin’s settings, and the plugin doesn’t show its settings menu to the editor, having access to the plugins page isn’t going to help.
