How to edit a users Profile

  • Whenever a user log on onto my website under his user name there are these 3 options:

    1. Dashboard
    2. Profile
    3. log out

    Questions:

    1. How to delete ‘dashboard’
    2. When ‘Profile’ is being clicked it automatically redirects you to dashboard, how to fix this so it directs you to a new page on my website?
    3. How do I add a new ‘option’
    So, for instance ”Date joined: 12:10:2012′ or
    ‘Total amount of products bought: 4’
    How to I link the number ‘4’ to the paypal account? So when the user buys another product, the 4 automatically changes to ‘5’.
    Just like Youtube kinda system, the subscribers changes automatically and the views as well..

    If you want to block dashboard access and bounce users to a page outside the dashboard, you might look at plugins like Profile Builder.

    I did look into that,
    I have installed it, but it seems I need to upgrade it to a Pro version, which will cost me $40.

    Do you know question 3 though?
