[Plugin: CDN Sync Tool] Wrong path to background images in CSS files

I updated to 2.2.1 and after the update all the background images of my theme disappeared. I looked to the css files (made by CDN sync Tool on Amazon S3) and all path to background images look like this:
background: url(https://www2.mysite.com/https://www2.mysite.com/wp-content/themes/mytheme/images/main.png);
where www2.mysite.com is the bucket name and it cam be accessed as https://www2.mysite.com
Until you fix this bug, can you tell me please how can I download an older version of the plugin that was working fine. If I remember well, my previous version was 2.0.1
