[Plugin: MailChimp Widget] Mail Chimp widget submit button shows up on homepage but not on other pag

Hello, I am having problems with the Mailchimp widget in the sidebar on every page except the homepage. It works correctly there, but on all other pages the button doesn’t show up. Not sure if it has something to do with the theme settings. I am using the origami theme. Here are the links to what I am referring to:
