[Plugin: WPCareers] 404 error

I have made the instazll of the plugin correctly

the url https://localhost/wpcareers/index.php?pagename=wpcareers return a 404 error!

I have tried to put the following code in the .htaccess

#RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
RewriteRule !^(wpcareers) /index.php [L]
RewriteRule wpcareers/([^/\(\)]*)/?([^/\(\)]*)/?([^/\(\)]*)/? /index.php?pagename=wpcareers [QSA,L,R,NS]
