• This has nothing to do with the wp version. Analytics360 simply stopped working on 19 Sept 2012!
    Worse: I’ve tried to tell the developers, applied for their Google group, am still not even ‘accepted’!
    I’ve told Mailchimp directly and they continually say they’ve told the developer, but the developer seems to be on hibernation?

    Note: The traffic data shows zero (although our high traffic is still there), while the subscriber numbers ARE being updated. Very weird. A bug.
    Strangely, it had always been working before (for 3 months!).
    Just stopped 19 Sept. for no apparent reason.

    If you have one of the ticket numbers available, I’ll be happy to have a look at your account. I don’t want to ask you to put your username out in the open, so just the ticket number should give me what I need.

    Don’t understand your reply, which ticket number, when did you give me one? Since this is your first action on this, ever, and you haven’t supplied a ticket number, I can’t know what number you’re talking about.?

    Likewise, my username is “in the open” since I published my request here publicly.

    Sorry about that, I wasn’t clear.

    You mentioned you’ve reached out to MailChimp support a few times. I wanted to see if you could provide one of those ticket numbers so I could pull the MailChimp username from there. The ticket number should start with “LTK…”

    Within your MailChimp account, if you go to “Reports” -> “Site Analytics360”. In the top right, you should see a date range. Click on that and then change the date so sometime before September and set the last date to today. That should take care of it.

    If you do continue to see issues, feel free to open up another help ticket with MailChimp’s support and ask for me, by name. ??

    I can’t see Reports with ticket numbers, I will open a new chat next week, and will copy the ticket number directly from there – or ask for you if you are there ??
