[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] Variation Not staying in Order

I have been about 2 weeks now trying to figure out why this is not working for me. I am developing a website and it is really bugging me why the second time around doing these pages the product attributes>configure terms will not stay in order when imported into Variations. I have asked this question a couple of times and Mike Jolley, bless his soul has given me a couple of clues? He says it might be Suhosin or Mod_Security. Speak to my hosting company.
I have told him twice that I am using a WAMP local server to build the site. I have found out that Suhosin is for Linux and I am totally unsure of how I do anything with either Suhosin or Mod_Security. Now Suhosin is only for Linux as far as I can see.
Can anybody enlighten a poor newbie like me and help me before I pull the last of my hair out. If you don’t understand the question ask for more details and I will try to help you understand me!
