Integrating YOURLS url shortener with WordPress using custom post_type

    I’ve tried a few hour to Integrating YOURLS url shortener with WordPress using custom post_type but no luck.

    The idea is simple redirect from
    example.com/post_name
    to
    example.com/yourls/post_name

    anyone can assist me where to start?
