[Plugin: GD bbPress Tools] Quotes & Signature Problem

    Hello Milan,

    I using your GD bbpress Tools and I have some problems even with 1.2.7 version!

    Quotes dosen’t work on IE7 & IE8. Also in other browsers like chrome when I select the HTML feature on the back-end, enclose my text in the blockquote tag, with bbcode is ok.

    Signature, I make a Signature field on the back-end and on the front end i put my text signature, also nothing appears.

    I look on the head of the code and i dont see the gd-bbpress-tools.js or gd-bbpress-tools.css files.

    I using wp3.4.2, buddypress, bbpress 2.1.2 and a child theme based on default.

    IE7 is not supported by WP anymore anyway. I will test with IE8. I don’t understand what problems you had with Chrome, or what the problem with signature is. JS and CSS file is not loaded at all, it is embedded in the page directly.

    And since you use BuddyPress, read the FAQ and check the options closer, there is info on what to do in that case.

    Hi again Milan
    Quotes. I have the Quote Method option HTML selected on GD bbpress tools panel. When I’m quoting on fancy editor, the quote (blockquote tag) enclose the text I’m writing. When I have the Quote Method option BBCODE the quote works fine.

    Signature. I read the FAQ, can you please tell me where can I create a signature, I’m working on Buddypress with BBpress site wide forums enable, and I have the option “always include” for css and js.

    Quote with IE7/IE8 is fixed and it will be released soon. I will test the quote in these cases.

    Signature can be edited from bbPress and admin side profile editor. Right now BuddyPress profile editor is supported by GD bbPress Toolbox Pro plugin: https://www.gdbbpbox.com/.

    Quotes problems fixed in 1.2.8.

    I have the same issue:
    In the profile editor (buddypress) is no form the edit the signature.

    So, this plugin is not offering a signature-feature for websites with buddypress & bbPress ?!

    In the description here, the signatures are described as a (free) basic-feature ??

    When you upload a free plugin on WP.org, the described features shouldnt be with costs.

    Signature works even with BuddyPress, right now only the BP profile editor integration is missing.
