[Plugin: WordPress Download Monitor] Total Download counts

The count is working when NOT using the custom download URL, thus when you see the download link as such:

https://xxxxxxxxxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/download.php?id=3

When using custom download link, I get:
https://xxxxxxxxxxxxx/downloads/3

The file is still downloading, but nog logged anymore in the count.

As hosting on IIS7, I’m using Helicon Rewriter with those lines:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^downloads/([^/]+)$ wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/download.php?id=$1 [L]

But I can’t use the syntaxis Options +FollowSymLinks. Unknown for Helicon Rewrite. Will this be the reason?

sorted it out.

the rewrite code line has to be above all other code in the Helicon Rewrite module.
