[Plugin: Yet Another Related Posts Plugin] Deleting the plugin, not eliminate them Tables created

Thanks for pointing this out. I hope to add some cleanup code in the future, but when a plugin is deleted without being disactivated first, though, no cleanup code can be run, so it’s an imperfect solution. :/
