[Plugin: CleanPrint] Custom Footer

    Not at present. An idea worth trying is the following:

    1) Add the footer content to the end of each document.
    2) Set a class name (or ID) for the footer and mark it as display:none in
    an *external* style sheet.
    3) Add the class “cleanprint-include” to the footer.
