Transfer Database from 123 Reg Unlimited Hosting to their VPS Hosting

  • I have a mysql backup of the database from the unlimited hosting package from 123 reg.

    I recently upgraded to their VPS hosting. I have uploaded my theme and all files via FTP and it’s showing so on my domain name.

    It was a one click installation I done on the VPS and I am wondering how I can port this database across? I have it in 2 formats; .sql and .csv.
