    Try removing the blue gradient code you’ve previously applied (now redundant) to the header.

    Would that code be in the stylesheet.css? (I dont have firebug at hand to check)
    Also when zoomed in or out the line disappears, not sure if that helps at all

    Actually the line is caused because it’s part of the grey background.
    It’s only 1 pixel tall so quite hard to tell, but you can resolve this by editing the image (shortening height) or shortening height (of <header>) through CSS.
