Dashboard not displaying correctly –

I have looked through the forums and can’t find a solution. I moved my site from siteground.com to namecheap.com and while the site looks fine, the admin dashboard is a mess. I have reinstalled 3.4.2 and made sure that the css was copied correctly to wp-admin. Any help that I can get would be greatly appreaciated!
